It is an important customer responsibility to read all literature that comes with the product or service you're buying.

 

  • Classes, workshops and open house are final sale 
  • After Order is been placed, we can not cancel or refund orders due to warehouse policy UNLESS PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURER DEFECT. 
    Once payment is received there is a no refund or cancellation you are able to sell your spot to someone else if you are unable to attend.
  • Efile Mini toy drill has one year warranty  they are final sale no exchange or credit only if manufacturer defective, Repairs and service are available at buyers expense including shipping both ways and services fees, parts etc.
  • My first Nail drill doesn't come with warranty.
  • All lamps are final sale WARRANTY ONLY FOR 30 DAY, no exchange or credit only if manufacturer defective 

DEFECTIVE  OR INCORRECT ORDERS 

If you got an item that is defective or not the item you ordered, Please contact us within 10 days to make a claim to exchange or receive a refund. No Exceptions 

A return label will be send out to retrieve the item once item is received a credit or a full refund will be applied.

You may then choose to purchase a replacement item online.

Products damaged during shipping

Enailcouture Canada is NOT responsible for loss, damage, confiscation, be aware of  weather conditions as can change drastically at any time and products can be affected, we also assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation.

It is important to consider the effects of duties, taxes, and other clearance charges based on your country Enailcouture Canada is not responsible for paying those fees. 

Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses will be at the purchaser's expense.
