Within Canada you can get free  shipping after $250 Canadian before taxes. 

Shipping rates are available before payment, choose your most convenient.

Every order gets a  tracking number.

You can track your package with Canada post via app or by phone.

International orders will get a tracking number if the customer pays for the option.  Shipping prices are available at checkout before payment.

It is important to consider the effects of duties, taxes, and other clearance charges based on your country.  Enailcouture Canada is not responsible for paying those fees.

Enailcouture Canada is NOT liable for loss, damage, thef or confiscation.
Enailcouture Canada is Not liable for loss while in  transit by a courier. If your package is taking longer than it should please contact the courier you choose at checkout. We do not have further information about the whereabouts of the packages after they leave our warehouse.

After 15 days of purchase we do not accept any claims of missing packages no refunds exchange or store credit no exceptions.


We do not refund any packages lost by courier, contact them with your tracking number. We will assist you to file a claim. Refunds by courier are possible but not guaranteed.

Please be aware weather conditions can change drastically at any time and products can be affected (frozen gels, etc).  We also assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation.

If a package is lost or stolen the following steps are required.
• Call the courier and get specific details regarding your delivery.
• Inquire with your neighbors.
• File a report with your local police department and follow up with the courier

Standard insurance is $100.00CDN.
 your order is more than $100 you should consider adding extra insurance.

To add additional insurance please contact us before or after placing your order.

Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct.  Packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses will be at the purchaser's expense. If customer wish to cancel order  due to incorrect address, shipping charge will be deducted from their total plus 5% restocking and paperwork fees. It is important you take in consideration that’s not our error and we do our best to accommodate the mistake done by the customer.

Every order takes up to 48 hrs to process depending on order volume.

Canada post pick up time is Monday through Friday at 3:00pm except stat holidays 
If your order was placed Monday through Friday before 2pm your package will go the same day or following day depending on order volume.

If you place your order after 2pm Monday through Friday your order will be picked up the following day at 3:00pm

Canada post does not pick up packages Saturday or Sundays or stat holidays.
If you placed your order Friday after 2pm your package won’t be picked up until Monday at 3:00pm.

The business days start counting when the package is received by Canada post not when you place your order.

Business days are Monday through Friday except stat holidays.

If your order takes longer than it should a claim can be made to canada post with your tracking number.

Please note that liquids, glitters and pigments are very hard to ship  and we do our very best to ensure and protect the contents inside the package.

We are not held responsible for any damage to the products after they are picked up by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for any leakage that may occur while in transit.

If your package is delivered damaged while in transit contact the carrier phone number with your tracking number.

Note :

Canada post guidelines that damaged items or lost will be insured only up to $99 Canadian dollars.

More insurance is available as per request. Please contact us if you want to add extra insurance.

This insurance is a buyers expense.

FEDEX , PURALATOR OR UPS  are available upon request at buyers expense please contact us  if you prefer using this service.
