ShineE limited edition is a gel topcoat with fine and translucent glitters giving a different finish look to every gel polish.

Apply thin cure for 60 seconds on a uV it LEd lamp. 36 watts  more apply a thin coat of regular coat of ShineE after if needed.

Due to glitters might feel thick , it’s normal apply thin covering the whole nail if you need to encapsulate use wondergel or reg ShineE after.
