Shipping Information:
Shipping Within Canada
- Flat Rate: $10 CAD (approx. 3–9 business days).
- Free Shipping: On orders over $75 CAD (before taxes).
- Every order includes a tracking number. Track your package using the Canada Post app or website.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- If you prefer to use a specific courier service (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Purolator Express, etc.) for your shipment, please contact us before placing your order to make the necessary arrangements. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Canada Post Pick-Up Schedule:
- Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) will be picked up the same day or the following day, depending on order volume.
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/stat holidays will be picked up the next business day.

International Shipping
- International shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.
- International orders include tracking only if the customer selects a tracked shipping option.
- Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or brokerage fees — these are the customer’s responsibility.
- Enail Couture Canada is not responsible for loss, damage, or confiscation of packages during transit.
Insurance
- Standard insurance covers up to $100 CAD.
- For additional insurance, please contact us before or after placing your order.
- If your package is lost or damaged, you may file a claim directly with the courier using your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Ensure your shipping address is correct.
- Once a package is sent, we can no longer intercept it, and you will need to contact the courier with your tracking number.
- Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will incur a reshipping fee.
- Canceled orders due to incorrect addresses will have the shipping charge deducted from the refund, plus a 5% restocking fee.
Return Policy
All Sales Are Final – No returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
Workshops & Classes
- All classes, workshops, and open house tickets are final sale.
- If you can’t attend, you may sell your spot to someone else.
Warranty Information
- Efile Mini Toy Drill: One-year warranty for manufacturer defects only. Repairs and service are available at the buyer’s expense (including shipping, service fees, and parts).
- My First Nail Drill: No warranty, final sale.
- Lamps: 30-day warranty for manufacturer defects only. No exchanges or credits.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery to make a claim.
- A return label will be provided to send the item back.
- Once the item is received, either a product replacement will be provided or credit or full refund will be applied.
Damage During Shipping
Enail Couture Canada is not responsible for loss, damage, or confiscation during transit.
Weather-related damage (e.g., frozen gels) is not covered.
Product Appearance
- Colors and shapes may vary due to lighting, monitors, and display settings.
- Smile line work is hand-done — variations are considered a mark of craftsmanship, not a defect.
